About Survey Works

Survey Works, LLC was established in 2015 by Derek Kinsaul with a focus on providing accurate and efficient land surveying services.

Mr. Kinsaul has over 15 years of experience in multiple aspects of land surveying. With career that started in Alabama working for a family owned surveying firm he gained experience working with title and realty companies as well as engineering firms providing mortgage surveys for families across the state.

While working with engineering companies in the area he gained valuable experience taking numerous land development projects from the planning stages to completion. Including initial land use development, as well as attending local planning commission meetings for clients to gain final approval of subdivision plans.

While in Austin, TX Mr. Kinsaul worked as a project manager on projects in the oil and gas industry. This time brought experience working on large scale, multi-year surveying projects.
